I've been to Taurinus more than a handful of times now and I can't believe I didn't leave a review sooner. I'm not the type to suggest eating at Brazilian steakhouses on a whim nor the type to spring for an all-you-can-eat experience since all I can eat is a kid's portion, but aside from getting my money's worth the service, salad bar, protein lineup, and ambiance of this particular Brazilian steakhouse has generally been satisfactory. My favorite cut is the picanha, and my personal ayce Brazilian steakhouse advice is to load up on your favorite cut(s) and always skip anything that isn't red meat (chicken, sausage, those kinds of things). I usually don't eat anything at the salad bar either to save space. I'm pretty sure on one occasion I stopped by I only got slices of picanha and grilled pineapple. Pricing is not the most clear, I remember having to dig around the Yelp archive of menu pictures to get an idea of what to expect to pay. I suppose you could ask the host how much lunch or dinner would cost upon walking in, but if you've got social anxiety like me you might have to do a bit of digging to get an accurate idea of the current prices. If stop by during the week the salad bar offerings are a bit more limited, but honestly it's whatever since we definitely all came or are coming for the meat. This spot doesn't exactly get busy, I don't think I've ever seen the dining room more than half full. The meat usually comes out directly to my table and I get the most thoroughly cooked slices of outside meat. As someone who likes their meat rare, this is not ideal. I like to say I like it bloody, so when we made the request during a recent visit they actually brought out picanha that was so rare it was practically blue. I'm not sure if that was in alignment with food safety but that was definitely too rare even for me. I asked for it though, and they delivered, so I can only commend them for understanding the assignment.

What a great experience, we treated a friend to dinner we were greeted promptly and the server was joyous, our drink order was taken promptly and table service began, we first had pan de xico and some yuca with other amazing finger foods , once our drinks came out we were directed to the salad bar it had delicious bites and meats with cheese selections once seated the flow of meats started to arrive and let me tell you the Brazilian sausage and the Parmesan pork my favs but then add on the garlic steak and oh my goodness. The over evening was a 10/10 the ambiance and conversation was on point it was well lit and we were able to navigate I would definitely recommend and return to this venue for dinner

Went here with my mom, my brothers family, and his friends for his birthday dinner. Food was really yummy and had a lot of flavor while eating it; however, I got really sick right after consuming it all which put a damper on the experience. The service was very attentive as they always filled up your water glass as soon as it was a little bit empty and they did a great job of walking around and serving you the meat. The ambiance was nice as it was a casual setting but had upscale points about it such as white tablecloths and the feeling that you were important. They even gave my brother two free desserts since it was his birthday!

I love this place! I prefer to come at lunch because it's cheaper but it's still affordable in comparison to some of the other Brazilian steakhouses. The service is good and if you have to wait on a meat I appreciate they make it quick. The ambiance is relatively mixed as it's in downtown-- I feel like the decor is looking for its voice but that's ok--- I'm here for the food lol.
